It's a field I have no experience in and there are many difficult aspects to it, but rather than asking for a return, I started to think about what I should do to grow together with the company and what kind of person I should be, and I started working with that in mind.

Another strength of our company is that we have many senior employees with extensive experience, solid technical skills, and a managerial mindset.

There are some jobs where you will be working alone from an early stage, but your seniors will kindly support you.
